All orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase (business days only, excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Shipping Time

After dispatch, delivery takes approximately 2–5 business days within the United States.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is free for all orders over $500.

For orders under $500, a flat-rate shipping fee of $20 applies.

International Shipping

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by the shipping carrier once the item has been dispatched.

However, all packages are insured. If your package is lost or damaged, contact us immediately so we can assist with a claim.

Any claim for damage or loss must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery.
