Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy with the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • All returned items must be in brand-new, unworn, and original condition, with all tags, certificates, packaging, and documentation included.

  • Items showing any signs of wear, alteration, resizing, or damage cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made jewelry

  • Engraved or personalized pieces

  • Items sold as “Final Sale”

  • Special orders and custom settings

Return Process

  1. Email info@shopflawlessdiamonds.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.

  3. Package the item securely in its original box, including all documentation and certificates.

  4. Ship using an insured and trackable method (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority Mail). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Restocking Fee

  • All approved returns are subject to a standard 15% restocking fee.

  • This fee covers quality inspection, cleaning, and re-inventorying of the jewelry.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If your return does not meet our conditions, it will be rejected and shipped back to you at your expense.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order once your refund is processed.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement upon inspection.

  • Flawless Diamonds reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with these terms.

  • Please allow adequate time for processing and inspection before a refund is issued.

  • All communication regarding returns must be conducted via email for documentation purposes.
